JICA- Project Assistant

Technical Cooperation on “Project for Strengthening Integrated Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health Services” has been implemented under the cooperation between the Ministry of Health of Lao P.D.R. (MOH) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) since May 2010. It aims that Coverage of the maternal, neonatal, and child health (MNCH) services are improved in the four southern provinces (Champasak, Salavan, Sekong, and Attapeu).

Now we are recruiting:

POSITION IN VACANT:

DUTY STATION:  ROJECT ASSISTANT Based in PAKSE,Champasak or Sekong. Provincial Health Office of Champasak, Pakse (Maternal and Child Health Section)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Translation and interpretation for Project staffs (Lao-English, English-Lao)

- Assistance for office management

- Providing assistance for project implementation

CONTRACT TYPE: One Year renewable

REMUNIRATION: Competitive salary based on skills and experiences QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completion of higher education

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English

- Computer literacy

- Excellent interpersonal Communication skill in liaison with the Lao government officials.

- High motivation and willingness to learn new things
