Training and Development Manager 1 position

You will report directly to Factory Manager.

Your role as Training and Development Manager:

  • Identifies training needs and determines project costs/benefits
  • Oversees, reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of training program
  • Supports the management to establish and up-date the job description profiles for all roles within the organisation
  • With the support of the management, identifies the knowledge, behaviour and skills- capabilities required for each role
  • Assesses capabilities of personal and establish the/up-date skills map
  • Plans and executes skills and capabilities development actions to meet the requirements of the roles
  • Supports and identifies high potential people and sets adequate development plans
  • Establish and manage the training budget.
  • Identifies needs for external competencies, initiating and organising recruitment of needed workforce
  • Ensures the newly hired personnel for training and integration
  • Manages recruitment of trainees 

The successful applicant has:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • An outstanding person with at 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • A seasoned HR professional with working experience in mutli-national companies, preferably from FMCG industry.

Personal Assistant to Factory Manager 1 position

You will report directly to Factory Manager.

Your role as Personal Assistant:

  • To organise and update diary for Factory Manager, and scheduling appointments
  • To organise the meeting and visit within factory or cross departments
  • To coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the business requirements.
  • To keep and update petty cash
  • To prepare purchase order for the office supplies
  • To keep and update the inventory of office supplies
  • To receive and answer the telephone and email
  • To organise and take note of minutes of meeting
  •  To liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff at Factory Manager’s instruction
  • To coordinate and update the required documentations, such as Visa, work permit etc. for factory managements
  • To coordinate with state departments as per the requirements
  • To coordinate the works with MD PA and various function assistants to support business

Machine Operators 3 Positions

You will report directly to Shift Leader/Production Supervisor.

Your role as Machine Operator:

  • To operate the machine according to the machine manual, ensure proper parameters and safety measures are in place. Constantly and closely watch for work of machine devices in order to prevent disturbance and failure.
  • To lead the machine crews to ensure the daily machine cleaning properly implemented, and be actively involving in weekly and monthly preventative maintenance activities together with technical team
  • To be familiar with product quality specification and procedure, and strictly follow the quality inspection tasks as regulated, and be able to initiate and implement corrective actions for simple deviations, immediately coordinate with technical team on corrective action on major quality defects.
  • To work with other colleagues, technicians, quality and superiors monitoring and continuously improving quality and production efficiency
  • To coach trainee, new or lower qualified operator in order to give them on-the-job training
  • To inspect, monitor and maintain working environment to ensure safety & housekeeping standards are met
The successful applicant has:
  • College diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering or industrial management
  • 1~2 years working experience in production or engineering field, but not necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and machinery
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Written and spoken English is a must.

Trade Marketing Manager

Your role in business management;


  • Develops and submits the annual plan of promotional activities by brand, customer, period, and price, in cooperation with the sales department and on the basis of analyses, market evaluations, historical trends, and indications provided by the manager, in compliance with marketing policies defined by the company.
  • Ensures implementation of the trade marketing plan, performing the relevant checks and corrective actions in case of deviations and on the basis of market evolutions.
  • Defines and submits merchandising policies and assures implementation through management and control of the relevant external structure.
  • Keeps updated and has full knowledge of the market, from both the supply and the demand point of view, through ongoing monitoring of trends and evolutions.
  • Contributes to the development of analyses to support the sales function, and provides timely information for other departments and management.
