Request for Proposal Contract for Production of JICA PR Video
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is planning to produce a new JICA PR video in order to introduce JICA to those who are interested in the Japanese official development assistance.
Works to be carried out are as follows:
i) Proposal of the concept and structure of the video
ii) Shooting of JICA project activities and interviews in VientianeProvince
iii) Editing of films, photographs and music
iv) Presentations to JICA Office
v) Final editing and delivery of the final products
Tentative specifications of the JICA PR Video are follows:
i) Length: less than 20 minutes
ii) Language: Japanese version with English subtitles and Lao version with English subtitles
