Operational Risk & Fraud Control Manager
The position is responsible for leading and managing a high quality Operational Risk & Fraud control
programmes for the bank including building appropriate testing controls in place and liaise with relevant
authorities for implementation and settlement.
Main Duties
• Lead & manage the operating risk framework across the bank
• Manage operational risk events, risk reporting and assessment
• Identify and ensure the effectiveness of controls for money laundering, fraud/risk prevention.
• Develop and deliver a risk awareness plan
• Develop & maintain the Business Continuity Manual
• Coordinate with all teams to build up Fraud control program.
Skills/Experience
• Tertiary qualifications in a business related field such as Commerce/Law/Banking
• Strong knowledge of the principles of Operational Risk Management and Compliance disciplines
• Effective and well rounded people management skills
• Highly motivated and committed
• Excellent written and oral communication, planning, problem solving and organizing skills
• Computer literacy
• Excellent problem identification & resolution skill

Technology Support Officer
The successful candidate will support the Technology Team and deliver all technology system within
timeframe, resource and cost constraints and with minimum disruption to the business.
Main Duties
• Support the day to day running of all local and ANZ applications, hardware and communications in line
with ANZ standards to ensure the business operates smoothly
• Conduct technology installation and relocation as required
• Liaise with ANZ for issues related to technology requirements, support, problem resolution, upgrade
and maintenance of systems
Skills/Experience
• Experience with networking (LAN/WAN)
• Operating System Knowledge of Active Directory in MS Windows W2K and Support Windows XP/
Vista/7 and Unix
• Programming in VB or other language and Creating Macro in Microsoft office
• SQL Fundamental
• Ability to work effectively in team environment
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, person who has knowledge of ATMs is more favourable  

EBS Officer 
 This role is to assist and support the Electronic Banking Services (EBS) Team in providing service and support to ATMs, Visa and MasterCard Network, Card Production, Reconciliation and daily task within the EBS Department.
Main Duties
• Provide user support to ANZ staff for all EBS related issues
• Ensure the governance of all EBS operations in line with international banking governance standard
• Monitor and service ATM network, reconciliation and EFTPOS machines
• Assist internal and external customers with electronic banking queries
Skills/Experience
• Experience in providing Visa and MasterCard Network and broad EBS support, preferably in a large
organization or to a network of customers
• Working knowledge in supporting ATMs
• Reconciliation
• Settlement processing
• Cards support – creation, disputed transaction
• Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tertiary qualification in related areas
• Computer literacy

Teller
This person will be involved in providing customers with an easy and friendly banking experience.
Main Duties
• Process transactions in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain cash holdings
• Provide customers with an easy and friendly banking experience
Skills/Experience
• Cash handling experience
• Customer service experience
• Computer literacy
• Good English and Chinese communication skills are required.
