Currently Required
Sales person
Responsibilities:

• Stimulate customer to purchase according to sales plan
• Make the daily weekly and monthly sales reports and market situation report
• Solve problem for customers
• And other tasks assigned by management
 
Requirements:
• 23 to 30 years old;
• College diploma in business administration, marketing, economics, or other related subjects
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate (written and spoken) in English
• Have good computing skills, using Words, Excel, Power Point, internet and email. Prior experience with private retailed businesses, service enterprises is advantageous
• A quick learner, enthusiastic, responsible and accountable person.

Server SupportEngineer
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers to gather and analyze clients’ servers issues
• Provideserver maintenance services (both ad-hoc and scheduled) at clients’premises and at Micro info office
• Install Operating System
• Supportsales team on server sizing and specification based on clients’requirements
 
Requirements:
• Graduated with at least a diploma in Information Technology or Computing Science
• Familiar with server hardware and technologies
• Ableto install, configure and fine-tune Operating System (MS Windows and Linux) inserver environment
• Provenknowledge in system and data backup and restore
• Experiencein implementing virtualization and/or clustering as well as networking andnetwork security will be
good assets
• Ableto read, write and speak basic English
• Beable to work well as a member of a team and under timing pressure
• Beable to work with minimum supervision
 
Desktop MaintenanceTechnician
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers to gather and analyze problems
• Providemaintenance/repair services for PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals (bothad-hoc and scheduled)
• Installand configure MS Windows Operating System and software applications (MS Office, Antivirus, email client software, etc.)
• Perform system backup and restore, virus check and virus removal as well as basicroutine preventive maintenance

Requirements:
• Graduated with at least a diploma in Information Technology or Computing Science
• Familiar with PC, laptops, printers and other peripherals
• Ableto install, configure and fine-tune Operating System (MS Windows XP/Vista/7)
• Ableto setup software applications (MS Office, Antivirus, Lao Script for Windows,etc.)
• Ableto read, write and speak basic English
• Beable to work well as a member of a team and under timing pressure
• Beable to work with minimum supervision
