Programme Officer, (National Professional Officer, NO-B level)
(Temporary Position with initial contract of one year)
Purpose of the post: To assist the Senior Programme Management Officer and the technical units in programme planning, management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting; to strengthen the programme management in the country office with outputs and outcomes oriented approach under the WHO reform; to facilitate aid effectiveness and to further improve coordination of WHO technical assistance to the Government of Lao People's Democratic Republic.

Duties:
The Programme Officer will perform the following duties:
(1) Provide support to the technical units of WHO Representative's Office, Lao People's Democratic Republic in the development and operation of programmes, including programme planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting;
(2) Prepare and participate in periodic country programme management committee meetings, draft meeting notes, keep meeting records and follow up actions decided by the meetings;
(3) Actively monitor all programmes' implementation, award management, budget updating and programme and donor reporting, and assist technical units in taking actions for programme management;
(4) Assist the technical units in resource mobilization and budget management, and identify areas for improvement and recommend measures to facilitate the implementation of WHO programmes;
(5) Assist the Senior Programme Management Officer in coordinating with and providing support to the Lao Ministry of Health in its capacity building on programme management and outputs/outcomes monitoring and reporting;
(6) Performs other related duties, as required.

Knowledge & skills:
Knowledge and skills in programme planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting, and ability to follow through the decided actions. Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of WHO policies and procedures. Ability to work harmoniously as a member of a team, adapt to diverse educational and cultural backgrounds and maintain a high standard of personal conduct.

Education:
Essential: University degree in management, public health or related field.
Experience:
Essential: Three years of experience in programme management at national and/or international level.
Desirable: Experience in programme management in international organizations.
Language: Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and the Lao language.
Other skills: Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications, such Word and Excel.

Position: Business Development Manager (Assistant Manager)

Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for account coordination and relation of NTT clients and partners in Lao PDR (including marketing, selling, delivery, and support).

Role / Responsibility
- Act as market and business intelligence by performing detailed analysis and explanation of account management, sales report, market trend and situation, and budgeting.
- Support sales activity i.e. vendor sourcing, recommending, and justifying the solutions and pricing.
- Monitor the execution of customer order and service delivery.
- Manage long term relationship with our clients and partners
- Execute the activities directed by NTT H/Q
- Be responsible to make over 100 % revenue contribution of the Company's target.

Qualifications
- Male/Female with Lao nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 5-7 Year experience in field of sales, marketing, business development, and engineering. Background experiences in IT, system integrator, and telecom industry will be advantage.
- Good command and communications in Japanese, English and Thai.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic planning.
- Strong and well discipline, initiative, self-motivated, high responsibility, and can work under minimum supervision and independent.
